I have been using K9 email on my previous S5, S7 and S9 phones plus an older 
Samsung tablet. However since replacing that tablet with this Tab A 2017 I 
cannot set up one particular email account, though my other account works fine 
on the tablet. 

I have had screens on my phone and tablet right next to each other and all 
settings are identical. I've deleted and re-entered the account details 
numerous times over several months and even changed passwords, but nothing 
works. 

I'm totally puzzled and can't see why I can't set up this particular email 
account using exactly the same details as displayed on my phone.  Just keep 
getting "setup could not complete- incorrect user name or password" whenever I 
try to set up incoming or outgoing servers.  It's a POP3 account.
