Hi Dmitry,

Yes, I can easily access the mailbox by using either the web browser or
using aqua mail app.
Regarding your second question, I know several people that have regular
maiboxes on the same domain and they can easily access their mailboxes
using IMAP on other mail clients.
On aqua mail it's true that I am not using IMAP, am using EWS instead. But
other folks use Thunderbird on their PC and can access their mailbox.
Since they can access their regular mailboxes using IMAP I would think the
issue here is accessing a shared mailbox using IMAP. That's the only thing
different.

For instance, using the web browser, first I need to use the URL with the
shared mailbox address as the URL suffix, then I need to enter my own
user/pass and after that a new credentials window opens and I need to enter
the shared mailbox user/pass.

Aqua, using EWS, deals with that very easily but I don't like aqua because
it's not open source. Don't mind paying my apps but I don't trust my data
to closed source apps.

Cheers
