Scott is away from e-mail for the holiday weekend, so an immediate solution to your problem may not be forthcoming.
That said ... what *is* your problem with this server? getengaged.net appears to be running just fine. I can ping it, and I can ssh to a user account on it. A quick look through the process list seems to indicate that all is well with it.
So ... could you be more specific about the problems than "apparently down"? I hesitate to reboot what appears to be a working server, simply because I do not have physical access to it (I'm not even *certain* that I currently have root access, for that matter) in case something goes wrong on the reboot. But if some specific service is not running, I might be able to fix that.
(I will have to ask you not to assume too much in responding. While I work with Scott, I don't work directly on the Kaboodle project. But if you need something specific done, I might nonetheless be able to help.)
