Boy is this a touchy.  After my last email all of a sudden I was able to take remote control. ie my remote desktop appeared.  I have no idea why.  I don't believe I did anything except continue to try to reload, reboot, reconnect and all of a sudden it works.  Then on disconnecting (by clicking on the remote desktops upper right X), I am now back to my previous state.  Only now I can't even connect to the remote computer let alone take control.  Might they be working on the demo proxy and get engaged servers tonight? - unlikely given its Saturday night 10pm pacific time. There seems to be a random error occurring that blocks connecting or taking control.  The only other thing that comes to mind is that I have routers and modems from different companies on each end.  Might there be some subtle handshaking incompatibilty?  I'm losing hope.     I wonder if Scott or someone would volunteer to partner with my computer so that at least I know the setup is correct at one end.  My problem now is I don't know if the problem lies with my home computer, the office computer or with the demo proxy.     Regards Dave D.
