I sent this message as a reply last week but I
guess I have to make another post to get it published here.
After I wrote the piece below here I was able to doublecheck
my install and everything is as it should be and I still cannot
connect.Understand that I do connect,I just cannot take remote control of their
computer.
I cannot imagine that I am the only one having these problems
but judging by the amount of posts here that must be the case as much as I do
not want to admit it.
I am going to keep trying different things and maybe I will

Thank you for your prompt reply.I have set up
seven or eight different
computers with the final objective being to provide support and assistance from a distance and I cannot imagine that I would overlook those obvious settings neccessary to achieve my objectives but since I have noone to make any changes in the settings I will have to go there myself when time permits.I also remember reading somewhere that there were limits on the amount of connections and the time allowed with the trial version of the proxy server but I only saw that once and cannot find it again.I would gladly pay the price if I could expect to get all of the other elements working but at this point I am not sure that the proxy server timing out is not the source of my problems or if it really is something else.Thanks for anything you can provide.
