Heya. Yes, we turned off the GetEngaged service, as it started to
receive a lot of DoS traffic. We're reworking Kaboodle so that it no
longer requires this.
Kaboodle is still useful for intra-LAN command and control. But for
remote-desktoping across the Internet that Kaboodle provided, I'd
recommend our "UltraVNC with echoWare" solution for now:
