The same patch as before, but against ASF SVN Revision 509035.
It now also includes a "How to run the Holiday Sample" section in the WSBA
Guide.
In short:
- build the site using "maven site" at the project level.
- build Kandula using "maven"
- configure and start the services
- change to src/samples/holiday and run the GUI client with "ant run"
