sorry for the delay, I'm currently out of town and Georg couldn't build
the patch himself with my (incomplete...) notes ;-)
The new ZIP file containing the updated patch is attached to the JIRA
issue and now also contains a section on how to configure the required
two Kandula instances and the GUI client. I also added the three
commands basically necessary to run the holiday sample to the bug.
