ಕಿರುಕುಳದಿ0ದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಖಿನ್ನತೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾದ್ಯಾಯರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೂ
ತಿಳಿಸಿದರೂ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.ಇ0ತಹ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏನು ಮಾಡೋದು ? ತೋಚದಾಗಾಗಿದೆ.

ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ ಎ0ದರೆ ಇಲಾಖಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳೇ ಒ0ದು ರೀತಿ .ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಈ
