I have updated my patch for kdb for i386 on linux-2.6. It is
available here:

This version conforms to the SGI split by architecture and is based
on the SGI kdb-v4.3-2.6.0-test11-common-1 code.
I did this work in the context of linux-2.6.1. This required
minor changes to the common code. Prashanth,I included your changes.
