Ok,
I changed
#define KDB_DEBUG_STATE(text,value) kdb_print_state(text, value)
and my system booted with lots of kdb messages. The system booted all
the way with no entrance to kdb via an nmi.
Without this fix I know cpu1 sends a send stop to cpu0 during bootup.
cpu0 then stops the whole system for real.
I will attach the output of the successful boot. This looks to be some
internal issue with kdb.
