Notification Settings show where to put the notifications but it seems that it
shows the 0x0 display. Mentioned it in this bug report but probably good to
create a new one for this issue.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have multiple monitors
2. Have different orientation for 0x0 display
3. Have not 0x0 as primary.
4. Open notification settings and notice the orientation shown.
Actual Results:
Shown as portrait.
Expected Results:
Shown as landscape.
