openSUSE Leap 42.1 with latest KDE Frameworks/Applications from openSUSE OBS.

I've set the volume of "Built-in Audio Alalog Stereo" playback device to 50%
via Audio Volume icon in the system tray . After a random time interval (around
a couple of minutes), it appears to be automatically reset to 100%. The
following gets added to .xsession-errors when it happens:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the volume of "Built-in Audio Alalog Stereo" playback device to 50% via
Audio Volume icon in the system tray.
2. Use the PC for normal work.
3. 

Actual Results:  
After a random time interval (around a couple of minutes), it appears to be
automatically reset to 100%

Expected Results:  
The volume must remain what I set it to.
