SUMMARY
Flatpak ignores system integration with KDE
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install flatpak version 24.8.3 alongside 23.8.5 from kubuntu deb
OBSERVED RESULT
Flatpak ignores system look and feel
Flatpak ignores system-wide thumbnails and starts building a parallel copy
Flatpak cannot open a new gwenview window of the current picture
Flatpak doesn't know any "open with" associations, it offers to create new one,
but cannot store them
EXPECTED RESULT
make Flatpak more like a native deb install
