We have put a ton of work into this for Plasma 6.3, so hopefully it's a lot
better there, if not fixed completely. I'd recommend re-testing there once it's
released.
Beyond that, I'm afraid this isn't actionable because there's no specific
actionable bug reported; rather, the bug report just says
"stuff is broken and people are upset". That may be (or may have been) true,
but we need bug reports to be describing specific, discrete, actionable bugs,
ideally with defined steps to reproduce. See
