SUMMARY
After a new operating system installation or after booting into live media, the
wallpaper provided by the operating system isn't highlighted in the System
Settings 'Wallpaper' KCM. However, selecting and applying a wallpaper will
highlight the currently used wallpaper. So this bug can only be reproduced once
per installation.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot into a live Neon environment from a USB flash drive
2. System Settings > Wallpaper
3. Scroll to the currently used wallpaper, the one chosen as default by the OS
OBSERVED RESULT
The used wallpaper isn't highlighted by a blue border around it.
