STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KGpg in Kicker
2. In the first time set up dialog, choose cancel --> KGpg vanishes
3. Open KGpg again
OBSERVED RESULT
The jumping KGpg icon appears at the cursors for a few seconds until it times
out and then nothing happens.
Indeed it is running in the background and it can be accessed a bit hidden in
the system tray.
EXPECTED RESULT
KGpg's main window is opened.
