SUMMARY
Probably following KDE/Plasma upgrade, likely from 5.x to 6.x, shortcuts have
duplicate entries in system services, see joined screenshot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just check Shortcut settings on an old setup.
OBSERVED RESULT
Duplicate system services entries.
EXPECTED RESULT
These dupes shouldn't exist.
