Bug ID: 500371
Summary: In a dual-monitor setup on KDE Plasma (version X.Y.Z)
under X11 (or Wayland), triggering the “Present
Windows” effect on my primary monitor shows no window
thumbnails, while on my secondary monitor the effect
works as expected.
Classification: Plasma
Product: kwin
Version: 6.3.0
Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: major
Priority: NOR
Component: effects-present-windows
Assignee: [email protected]

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up two monitors with the primary monitor designated in System Settings.
2. Open several windows on the primary monitor.
3. Trigger the “Present Windows” effect (by pressing [key combination] or via
the screen edge).
OBSERVED BEHAVIOR
No windows from the primary monitor are rendered after triggering the effect,
while on the secondary monitor the windows are shown. Some minor visual
glitches can also be observed on the primary monitor.

The “Present Windows” effect should show all open windows on whichever monitor
it is activated on.
