Omg, of course, I'm on 25.04! I'm really sorry, that was my first bug report, so I missed some things as it seems. The task manager is set to show all tasks (nothing in the "show only tasks:"-section is selected). I have updated to KDE Plasma Version 6.4.1 via the beta-repo. Frameworks are still 6.14, Qt-version 6.8.3, and the problem persists for me.
