SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open "Configure Kate" from menu, then enable "Open each document in its own
window" in behaviour section. 
2. Now, open another file via dolphin. (also try on doing on a separate
workspace)

OBSERVED RESULT
In the icons panel, kate window button turns orange. (window demands attention)
The inactive kate window demands attention on opening a new file in separate
window.

EXPECTED RESULT
The inactive window should not be affected.
