SUMMARY
In Render Project, when overwriting an existing file, the modification date is
not updated
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Render a project to MP4
2. Observe modified date of the just written MP4
3. Make a change then re-render the project to the same file name
OBSERVED RESULT
The modified date of the just written MP4 is the same as it was in step 2,
above
EXPECTED RESULT
The modified date is updated to when the MP4 was rendered
