SUMMARY
The "Profile" option on the Window menu does nothing.
The profile icon on the menu bar does produce the list of profiles created and
allows selection and editing, so the facility works, it's just that the menu
seems to have become disconnected from it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Windows->Profiles option from the menu

OBSERVED RESULT
Observe that nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
The profile dialog containing the existing profiles for selection and options
to change them should appear, as it does when the profiles icon is clicked.
