SUMMARY
Started to test 8.7 on VM that was sucessfully running 8.6 and found that the
digikam process does not terminate when the window is closed. Re-starting
digikam starts a new digikam process. Uninstalled 8.7, reinstalled 8.6 and 8.6
works normally.
I've repeated this test on a physical machine with the same result.
Repeated stopping/restarting digikam will eventually cause resource depletion.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install digiikam 8.7
2. Start digikam
3. Terminate digikam (close window)
OBSERVED RESULT
Use Windows Task Manager to verify digikam process is still running
EXPECTED RESULT
digikam process should terminate
