SUMMARY
Changing the volume generally takes about 2 seconds. It doesn't matter whether
you try to change the volume using the mouse wheel or a mouse click, changing
the volume always takes about 2 seconds to take effect.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Elisa
2. Start a song
3. Change Volume
OBSERVED RESULT
Volume changes takes 2 seconds
EXPECTED RESULT
The volume should change immediately
