            Bug ID: 508761
Summary: Launching Chrome .desktop (with --app-id) also opens
System Settings → Shortcuts under Wayland
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: xdg-desktop-portal-kde
      Version First git-stable-Plasma/5.27
       Reported In:
          Platform: Debian stable
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

When launching Google Chrome from a .desktop file that uses the --app-id
parameter (created via "Install site as app"), Plasma Wayland opens two
windows:

1. The actual Chrome PWA window
2. The KDE System Settings → Shortcuts module

This happens consistently under Wayland when xdg-desktop-portal-kde is active.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Chrome PWA (e.g. via "Install site as app")
2. Launch it via KDE menu / .desktop file
3. Observe: Chrome opens + System Settings (Shortcuts) also opens

Expected result:
Only the Chrome window should open.

Actual result:
System Settings → Shortcuts opens each time alongside Chrome.

Logs:

Environment:
- MX Linux (Debian-based), KDE Plasma Wayland session
- Chrome stable, tested with multiple profiles
- xdg-desktop-portal-kde version: <insert output of `apt show
xdg-desktop-portal-kde | grep Version` here>

Notes:
- Does not happen under X11
- Does not happen when Chrome is started without --app-id
- Workaround: using xdg-desktop-portal-gtk instead of KDE portal avoids the
issue
