SUMMARY
system settings (and kinfo) crashes when I click on any option from the left
toolbar, I have breeze applied and I have no kwin scripts active that could
possibly cause this (but I can change a setting if I search for it in
application menu's search).
here's a pastebin link for the backtrace :
https://pastebin.com/rbzWedQS

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings
2. click on any option from the left toolbar
3. boom, it crashes

OBSERVED RESULT
crashing system settings every time when clicking on an option from the left
toolbar

EXPECTED RESULT
actually open that option from the left toolbar

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
