SUMMARY
I recently upgraded to Plasma 6.4.5 (didnt take not of which version I was
using previously) and noticed all keyboard shortcuts where changed to back to
the defaults and the KRunner shortcuts are entirely missing within System
Settings GUI. I restored my shortcuts with an export I had made previously, but
the KRunner shortcut is still not listed and cannot be activated.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. a) Press Alt+Space or Alt+F2
1. b) Krunner should be launched
2. a) Open System Settings
2. b) Navigate to System Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts
OBSERVED RESULT
The keyboard shortcuts for activating KRunner do nothing
KRunner is not listed in any section of System Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts
EXPECTED RESULT
KRunner should be launched
KRunner should be listed in System Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In my previously exported keyboard shortcuts that i used to restore my keyboard
shortcuts, there is this section:
[org.kde.krunner.desktop][Global Shortcuts]
RunClipboard=Alt+Shift+F2
_launch=Search; Alt+F2; Alt+Space
When I restored the keyboard shortcuts using my backup file, KRunner was still
not listed.
