SUMMARY
I am having a infuriating issue with KDE plasma where it just refuses to
display at all on one spefic monitor. When I enabline it in settings it
comapljns gaps aren't support but then removes litlary every display form the
edit display argemnets. If I unplug litlary every other display and only have
that one connected KDE plasma still refuses to display to it, other desktops
(gamescope, hyprland tty) in the same hardware have no issues with these
displays just KDE plasma. I have been trying ti fix it but can't find any
realvent logs. This is also on 2 sperate species of hardware running sperate
distros gentoo and cachy os. This issue only started recently for both, for
gentoo last week, for cachy os today. For the gentoo computer it refuses to
display to a Acer 4k 60hz panel and on the cachy os computer it refuses to work
on a Samsung odessy neo g7 (this same display works with out problem on gentoo)

Both computers are using and GPU rdna 3 and 2 speficaly and also the cachy os
device is a steamdeck oled making it refusing to work on a external screen very
very painful and is making it so I can't really get my work done for school on
that device (only computer I have acsses to on week days)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Use KDE plasma

OBSERVED RESULT
Refuses to use a display

EXPECTED RESULT
Displays should work

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Up-to-date cachy os

Up-to-date gentoo in ~amd64 repo

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If I enable only the odessy g7 on the cachy is machine then click apply it goes
back then goes back to the built onscreen and the KDE settings app freezes and
I have to kill it to use it again

Issue persists threw reboots

Tried running the KDE terminal commands instead if settings exact sane result
