Is this expected to be fixed in 6.5, because I don't wanna jinx us but it kinda
looks like it is :D

Traces are entirely different now, and I can't replicate the 'dropped frames'
of the cursor any more. Something is definitely very different.

The traces taken as before with the gpuvis scripts, show that all of the vblank
events are delivered by nvidia-modeset, and they're all (very nearly, at least,
within 100ths of a millisecond) on-time, and they are there for both monitors,
simultaneously, and it doesn't seem to matter if they mouse is on the display
or not. It's just totally different.

This change seems not only to have effected the mouse but I'm also seeing
things like the vsynctester.com or testufo.com websites are behaving
differently. It's not perfect, but it's close, it's the closest I've ever seen
it, by a long shot.

I'm going to play with this a bit more before I start throwing my hat in the
air but I'd love to hear if this is something that I should consider is really
fixed.

I think you've done it zamundaaa!
