SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a timer on Chroma
2. Enable notifications and start KDE Connect service
3. Desktop will receive notifications every time the time updates(1
notification per second)
OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop will receive notifications every time the time updates(1 notification
per second)
EXPECTED RESULT
Show one single notification with progress bar for the same message
