SUMMARY
When hovering over the task icons in the task manager, the corners of the
preview look clipped when the background is dark.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over a task in the task manager

OBSERVED RESULT
The corners of the preview look clipped when the background is dark in color.
EXPECTED RESULT
The corners of the preview are properly rounded.
