My apologies, I'm not sure what I was thinking.

Clearly this isn't possible right now in a way that's intentional. There are
two practical options:
1. Make all the options work with scrolling (triggering on scroll-up I guess?
What about scroll-down? Seems weird)
2. Hide all the options that don't work with scrolling from the options list

I'm leaning towards #2.
