Example of the artifact

SUMMARY
Commonly when scrolling and general use, the "highlight the lines coming into
view" setting will leave thin line artifacts.

These artifacts can be dissipated by highlighting over them with the mouse, or
focusing and coming back to the Konsole window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get a scrollable amount of buffer in Konsole (`for i in {1..100}; do echo
"$i"; done`)
2. Scroll up and down with "highlight the lines coming into view" enabled

OBSERVED RESULT
Occasionally highlight artifacts are left in place

EXPECTED RESULT
No artifacts
