What is a "prevalence of CSDs"? You mean client side decorations? But KDE has
enough apps with SSDs to benefit from this feature. Neglection is kinda OK if
you don't like it, but why pushing back reasonable efforts if any? This has
always been a toggleable option (never enabled by default), no one was hurt by
its presence. It could be kept this way too if ever re-introduced again.
