SUMMARY
Gwenview must report a permission issue when we set a xattr XDG rating.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set a rating to a file in a context that doesn't have the xattr write
permission
OBSERVED RESULT
UI is updated but xattr cannot be updated
EXPECTED RESULT
Don't update UI and popup an error message
