This is something we couldn't do with SDDM, but we can do with plasma-login.

This sounds like broken hardware to me. Burn-in and ghosting after 30 minutes
is not expected! Your laptop has an IPS screen, even, and those aren't supposed
to be suffering from those issues at all. My laptop has an OLED screen and I
don't see it happen. I'd recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer about
it. You paid good money for that computer; it shouldn't have a broken screen!
