Do you mean that is a fault of Fedora's? I'm not certain what else could be
downstream from PlasmaShell. I would hope that PlasmaShell can cope with a
ULimit being reached, considering that it's so trivial to achieve. However, it
doesn't appear to be able to, hence this ticket.
