Windows Collapsed taskbar in Tablet mode
SUMMARY
In windows, when in tablet mode, there is a small bar (collapsed taskbar they
call it) like on android and iphones, when swiped up, brings up the taskbar. On
plasma, the panel behaves as selected in the panel configuration mode. While it
is serviceable, if the panel is set to "Dodge windows" or "Autohide", trying to
bring it up in tablet/touch mode is not possible or at the very least,
extremely inconvenient.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to panel configuration
2. Select "Auto hide" or Dodge Windows" under Visibility
3. Go to tablet mode and try to bring up the panel
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel cannot be brought up
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel to be brought up by some form of gesture or interaction like on windows
(windows collapsed taskbar)
