SUMMARY
Using the F1 to open the help page for some programs, opens a old KDE Docs
page, like this one

or
https://docs.kde.org/index.php?branch=stable5&language=pt_BR&application=spectacle&path=index.html
and etc, I think every program from KDE that has the ability to open the online
help page is redirecting to this old KDE Docs
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to Plasma 6.5.90
2. Open any KDE Plasma application (like Ark, Dolphin, Gwenview and etc, except
for Krita and Kdenlive)
3. See the site
OBSERVED RESULT
Pressing F1 or clicking in the man button goes to the old KDE Docs page
EXPECTED RESULT
Pressing these buttons should open the newer handbook page like this

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I think before updating to the 6.6 beta it was working fine, but I'm not 100%
sure, my system is also on PTBR language (pt_BR.UTF-8)
