Using touch to scroll up and down does not work in Neochat's main chat window
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to a room
2. Try to use touch to scroll up and down
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Navigation should happen based on the user's scrolling direction
