SUMMARY
When loading into a session, whether StartupNotify=false is set or not, the
launch feedback cursor animation shows. This still happens with login scripts.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add application to autostart
2. Disable launch feedback via GUI or by setting StartupNotify=false
2. Login to plasma
OBSERVED RESULT
Launch feedback occurs, bouncing cursor animation.
EXPECTED RESULT
Program launches in background with no feedback.
