SUMMARY
Detaching a panel in KBibtex leaves a separate window and no amount of dragging
around seems to yield a snap back to any edge.
I've checked in every file in the home dotfiles etc and nowhere does the status
of the panels seem to be recorded in any config.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Detach a panel
2. Drag it around to any edge or existing docked panel group
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel does not snap back in to the docked area
EXPECTED RESULT
The panel should snap back into a docking area
