Summary: Icons-Only Task Manager doesn't show open windows

My current settings, and the fact that despite having a settings window,
alacritty, and floorp open (among many other applications), the task manager
only shows icons as if none are open.

Running 6.3.6, as it is packaged with NixOS stable.

Expected: The icons-only task manager and the icons-and-text task manager
should show open tasks as described in its settings. Clicking on an icon with
an open task should expand or minimize that task when the settings are met,
such as in any case when all checkboxes for "Show only tasks" are unchecked.

Actual: At some point the icons-only task manager stopped showing any open
windows. It only shows pinned applications, and clicking any will open a new
instance no matter how many are open already, which screen they are on, etc.
This issue is also present with the icons-and-text task manager when I load it.
Interestingly, if I hover over Floorp, it does show the media bar for a paused
YouTube video, despite not actually showing a preview for the window that
YouTube video is on.

What I've tried:
- Changing the widget's configuration, including changing any of the "Show only
tasks" options.
- Removing the widget and re-adding it.
- Reloading the plasma shell via methods such as `plasmashell --replace &&
systemctl --user restart plasma-plasmashell`
