SUMMARY
it won't let me use papirus icons
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install papirus via terminal
2. system settings -> global theme -> icons
3. click on papirus then apply
4.restart you computer
OBSERVED RESULT
back to breeze icons
EXPECTED RESULT
it would show papirus icons
