Thanks, uninstalled and I had installed it from your website. I will try again.
Should I choose Installable or Stand alone? By the way, the link you sent gave
an error message. I found the link again by going to Downloads!

There is something wrong with your install. Where did you download Kdenlive
from?

I recommend to uninstall Kdenlive from Windows Settings, then delete any and
all folders and files with kdenlive in it.

Then download the installer file from https://kdenlive.org/Download. Run it
from C:\Downloads. This will put an icon on your Desktop and create a Start
Menu entry for Kdenlive (which I think in your world is the start button).

I also recommend to join the official forum
https://discuss.kde.org/tag/kdenlive where there are more people active being
able to help you further. It's also easier to post screenshots or screen
recordings.
