Right after startup I often get one (or two) notification(s) that the plugin
for ms exchange has crashed. When starting kontact, it is shown as not running.
Right-clicking on the resource and restarting it works without problems, so I
guess it's a timing problem?
The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
