Thanks for the report and your feedback. On the time zone map on Plasma 6.5.5
and on Plasma built from git-master, the clickable time zone areas are
determined by time zone data (from a Qt library). This is not determined by
politics at all. KDE as an organization has not taken a stance on the Russian
occupation of Crimea in the software.

In the time zone picker, I see Ukraine listed with "Kyiv" and Crimea listed
with "Simferopol". Neither indicates politics or occupation. Western Russia is
listed with "Moscow". So, the three are listed as separate entities, again
based on time zone. These match this map:

You didn't say what version of Plasma you're running, but I see PikaOS does
offer Plasma 6.5. The time zone picker should look like the attached screen
shot. If it looks different, please contact PikaOS. Thanks.
