SUMMARY
I can't reproduce this bug consistently, it occurs sometimes when I hover a
button on top of Spectacle.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. in Spectacle settings, set "When launching Spectacle" to "Take full screen
screenshot"
2. open Spectacle by pressing printscreen key
3. hover over the first 3 buttons on top repeatedly. If no bug occurs, focus
another window, go back to Spectacle and hover over the buttons again. At some
point the bug occurs.
OBSERVED RESULT
tooltip randomly appear far from the mouse cursor, as we can observe in the
attached screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
tooltip should always appear near the mouse cursor
