current display of files in playlist...
SUMMARY
Haruna already retains playback data to resume videos where they left off, but
this information is entirely hidden from the user until they load the file. I
request surfacing this playback history directly within the playlist sidebar so
users can easily track their progress at a glance.
CURRENT BEHAVIOR
All files in the playlist look identical regardless of whether they are
unwatched, partially watched, or fully completed. Users have no visual cues to
determine which file they should play next without manually opening them to
check the playback position.
DESIRED BEHAVIOR
Since the backend already tracks the necessary data, please expose it in the
playlist UI. Any of the following implementations would significantly improve
navigation:
* Add a horizontal progress bar along the bottom of the video thumbnail.
* Display the last played timestamp alongside the total time duration.
* Apply a visual indicator, such as a checkmark or a dimmed text color, for
files that are fully completed.
CONTEXT
This is a standard workflow feature in other media players like PotPlayer. It
is essential when watching a television series or navigating large folders of
tutorials, as it saves the user from having to memorize exactly which file they
left off on.
